Nichole Mobley, a Jacksonville transplant from Ocala, is the highly accomplished founder and Chief Executive Officer of T&N Xpress Trucking. She is a proud graduate of the University of South Florida, using her education to propel her foundation for this industry. Inspired by her father’s work to pursue the trucking industry from an early age, Nichole is now a well-recognized leader in the trucking and logistics arena with over 15 years of hands-on experience. Her journey to success has been marked by her unwavering commitment to education and passion for personal development. Nichole’s exceptional contributions to the industry have earned her recognition of 2023’s Jax Chamber Small Business Leader of the Year for Transportation and Logistics.


She is consistently showcasing her dedication to making a meaningful impact in the infrastructure, transportation, and logistics industries.


Nichole is an active member of the Woman In Transportation, Transportation Club of Jax, Conference of Minority

Transportation Officials (COMTO), First Coast Manufacturers  Association(FCMA) as well as the Jacksonville Chamber. She also holds a position on the advisory board for North Florida Transportation Planning Organization.


Nichole is a mother of 2 daughters, whom has helped her to excel, persevere and endure her 10 years of entrepreneurship. She attributes her success to faith and most of all passion!

Sandra Sales is a native New Yorker. born and raised in Jamaica, Queens, where she was the youngest of three siblings. She is a true Giants, Jets, Yankee, and Mets fan. Being born in the first month of the year has always been exciting for her. Everything starts new and fresh at the beginning of the year. She is very reserved, and quiet, but don’t be fooled, she will let you know what’s on my mind. 


Sandra pursued her education with passion, eventually earning her Doctorate. In her free time, Sandra loves to dance and travel to new destinations. Her love for adventure and exploration has taken her to some of the most breathtaking places. Sandra worked in the aviation industry where she gained invaluable experience and expertise, However, her most rewarding accomplishment is being a devoted wife and mother. Family means everything to her, and she takes pride in supporting her spouse and spending time with her children. 


In 2020 Sandra started her own business. She founded PMI Ready Docs LLC., Sandra is an accomplished and dedicated individual who has achieved great success in both her personal and professional life. This year Sandra collaborated with 10 Co-authors and wrote an Amazon Best Seller Book “Unfinish Business: I am The Secret Sauce”. With her determination and passion for life, she continues to inspire those around her.
